Unlike traditional programs that require 48-hour advance notice, Encompass lets eligible riders travel anytime — 24/7/365 — with fewer restrictions and a more flexible experience.
Who’s Eligible?
Riders must be at least 60 years of age or have a documented disability and go through a quick eligibility process. Once approved, M7 will set up a personal account where passengers can track trips, manage costs, and schedule rides with ease.
For service in the Greater New Haven area, passengers must reside in one of the following towns:
Bethany, Branford, East Haven, Hamden, New Haven, North Branford, Northford, North Haven, Orange, Wallingford, West Haven, and Woodbridge.
