Getting to Medical Appointments

M7 proudly serves as the largest volume NEMT Medicaid transportation provider in the State of Connecticut, providing Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) to patients and medical establishments that have high demands for transportation.

Whether a fully independent patient, or a patient requiring wheelchair-accessible transportation, M7 is dedicated to providing comfortable, safe, and fully sanitized rides to ensure patients never miss an appointment.

Getting to the Airport

Air travel has been highly affected by the pandemic, but as more people are deciding to travel- a safe mode of transportation to the airport is necessary. Reserve a ride with M7 to get to the airport on-time, in a fully sanitized vehicle.

Discounted Rates for Seniors & Persons with Disabilities

M7’s Encompass Program provides seniors over 60 years of age and persons with disabilities with highly discounted rates of $5 for the first eight miles traveled ($2/additional mile). Through a partnership between M7 and the Greater Hartford Transit District (GHTD), and a grant from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the communities hit hardest by the pandemic are given better access to transportation, and consequently they are able to independently make it to their medical appointments, get groceries and stay healthy.

The Encompass Program is currently limited to those that reside in one of the following towns:

Berlin, Cromwell, East Hartford, Farmington, Hartford, Meriden, Middletown, New Britain, Newington, Plainville, Rocky Hill, South Windsor, West Hartford, and Wethersfield

Those who are above the age of 60 or have proof of disabilities are eligible for the Encompass program, where they can simply apply online. All trip payments are conveniently done online, and up to three passengers may ride for the price of one.
