Our fleet of wheelchair-accessible vehicles cater to the specific mobility needs of disabled passengers. We are actually the largest wheelchair-accessible fleet in Connecticut. We are proud to improve access to reliable transportation for people with disabilities in our community, by offering 24/7 service.
On-Demand Door-through-Door Services
At M7, on-demand wheelchair transportation is our expertise. We understand there is no such thing as a “one-size-fits-all” service; each passenger is unique, so we tailor our services to fit the respective needs of everyone we transport. We go above and beyond for comfort and peace of mind.
As a result, we have developed a wide variety of services to accommodate our communities throughout Connecticut:

Trained Assistance
M7 drivers and staff undergo specialized training to grasp the unique needs of individuals with disabilities, and can assist individuals with disabilities such as helping with mobility aids or getting into their destinations. This fosters a travel environment that’s not just comfortable but also highly accommodating.
This allows seniors and people with disabilities to travel anywhere, anytime, 24/7, 365 without restrictions. M7 and the Greater Hartford Transit District have partnered to expand transportation options that are currently not available; this program is low cost, provides unlimited boundaries and is user-friendly. This program is partly funded by a grant from The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) awarded jointly to M7 and the GHTD based upon our proposed ingenuity and technology solutions.
